Our family made a unique special request of D'Rose for our fathers funeral. The spray was beyond our expectations! The attention they gave us was so personable, sincere, and warm. They provide customer service you rarely find anymore. We will certainly be spreading the word!

I did not receive the feedback I requested as to why the flowers we ordered were not delivered on the day asked and/or why we were not updated on the request from the location to have it delivered a day later. The flowers themselves (for both orders) were great, we would have just appreciated a little better communucation!

I am so sorry you were dissatisfied with our communication with you personally and that is on us. We did as the business establishment wanted and delivered all arrangements to the memorial venue rather than their place of business. This way they themselves were not responsible for getting them to the memorial service themselves. We apologize for not communicating with you personally to follow through. We honestly felt we were doing the best thing as it was what we were asked to do from the memorial coordinator.
Blessings and we will communicate with individual purchasing in the future.
